Order Processing & Manufacture Time

At Memory Lane Impressions, all of our products are handmade with care.

Our standard manufacture lead time is up to 4 business days from receipt of payment. During busy periods, this may extend.

During peak seasons including Black Friday, Christmas, Mother’s Day, Father’s Day and Easter, turnaround times may increase to 6–10 business days due to high order volumes.

We will publish updated cut-off dates via our website and social media channels during peak periods. If you require clarification on current lead times, please contact us at:

Please note: Selecting Express Shipping does not reduce manufacture time or prioritise your order in our production queue. Express shipping only speeds up delivery once your parcel has been dispatched.

Dispatch & Shipping Timeframes

All orders are shipped from our Adelaide, South Australia warehouse.

Once dispatched, standard shipping typically takes 4–5 business days, depending on your location.

All parcels are sent with Signature on Delivery as standard for security purposes.

If you would like to provide Authority to Leave (ATL), please leave a note at checkout or email us immediately after placing your order. By requesting ATL, you accept responsibility for the parcel once delivery has been confirmed.

Delivery timeframes may be longer during peak periods such as Easter, Mother’s Day and Christmas.

While we work closely with our shipping partners, Memory Lane Impressions is not responsible for delays caused by postal carriers once parcels have been dispatched.

Local Pick-Up

Orders may be collected by appointment from:

To avoid shipping charges, please select PICKUP at checkout.

You will receive an email notification once your order is ready for collection and a company representative will call to arrange a suitable collection time.

Collection Hours:

  • Monday–Friday: 8:30am–5:30pm (appointment required)
  • Saturday: 9:00am–12:00pm (appointment required)

Please wait until you receive confirmation before attending.

Order Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive tracking details via email or SMS.

We recommend monitoring your tracking information to ensure you are available to receive your parcel or to arrange collection from your local post office if required.

Incorrect Address & Re-Delivery

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address details
  • Insufficient address information
  • Failure to collect from the post office

Re-delivery will be arranged at the customer’s expense.

Business Days

All timeframes are expressed in business days, excluding weekends and public holidays.

Delivery Disclaimer

While we take care in packaging and dispatching your order, Memory Lane Impressions is not liable for:

  • Carrier delays outside our control
  • Parcels confirmed as delivered but reported missing
  • Damage caused in transit (claims must be lodged with the carrier)

If your parcel arrives damaged, please contact us promptly so we can assist you in lodging a claim.
